Thank you very much for the fast service and the low shipping charges. The trend lately with selling on the web has been to inflate shipping and handling charges. It was nice to get a good deal and not be taken advantage of at the checkout with inflated handling charges.

  I recently purchased a set of your switchblade side covers in Illusion Blue for my VTX1800C.  I purchased this set about a month ago and this past week my bike was tipped over. 

  I called in to see what my options were as far as getting the left side cover repaired or replaced.  I spoke with Melissa and she was the most helpful and friendly person I have dealt with in ordering or dealing with any motorcycle parts.  She was very easy to talk with and got back to me within seconds with an answer to my question.

  I have already recommended your parts to others and will continue to do so with great enthusiasm.  Being in the sales industry…it is nice to see that not all of the old time fashioned values of treating your customer the way that I was just treated are gone.  These days it seems that everyone just cares about the almighty dollar and not the actual needs of the customer.

I am extremely satisfied with the assistance that I have received from your customer support agents. I have 3-4 additional pending orders for which I have been assisted by a number of Xtreme agents. They have all been extremely knowledgeable, very helpful & very pleasant. I was spinning my wheels trying to determine how to relocate my rear pegs. Kuryakyn offers allot of parts & your agents came to my rescue by identifying exactly what I needed for my VTX1300. I personally manage a Help Desk that provides computer support, so I recognize excellent service.

Your Web site is very easy to use & I like that I can be assured that the item will fit my bike. I was recently ecstatic to find drag bars listed under Honda Spirt 750. I have been searching for over a year to find bars for my wife's bike. I wanted to gain 2-3 inches up & back. I found lots of bars but no one could confidently assure me that the bars would fit w/out extensive cable make-overs (even local dealers were not helpful). I trust that these are exactly what I've been searching for.

Finally I can't find anyone that has lower prices. [A competitor of Xtreme Revolution] claims to have the lowest prices, but I saved over $60 on a HardKrome exhaust by buying them from you instead.

It's all good..... I can't wait for the rest of my orders to arrive....

You guys are the bomb.  Please thank your tech guy, can't remember his name.  I called him up explained that I needed to get the T-nuts for my Xcalibur fender.  He said that a kit should have been with the fender and after he apologized he sent the mounting kit out immediately.  Got the Spartan Front Fender and Xcalibur fender painted, cut down to my liking and installed in less than a week. Struts were a little out of my price range but oh well.  Keep up the good work guys, love your products.
