To help avoid credit card fraud, Xtreme Revolution may ask you to provide the 3 or 4 digit CVC code found on the back or front of your credit card. This is strictly for verification only. All such information is kept confidential.

Paying for your order by Mail
Use personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks. Do not send cash! Personal checks must have your name, and address preprinted. Also include street address and phone, handwritten if necesssary. Once your order and payment is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery, based on availability of parts. If ordering by mail, it is a good idea to call us at (858)566-5788 for current pricing.

Terms and Conditions
By placing an order the customer acknowledges agreement to the terms and conditions stated below and acknowledges having read and understood the important warnings. Found under "(IMPORTANT WARNINGS)" the customer further agrees that the laws of the state of California shall apply to the purchase or any dispute arising therefore.

• Visible damage should be reported to the carrier when the package is received. Notify Xtreme Revolution, Inc. of any problems immediately. Claims reported more than 15 days after receipt may be denied. 

Warranty and Liability Limitations
Except as may be expressly set forth in the product invoice, Xtreme Revolution makes no representations or warranties as to any of the products distributed by us, expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Motorcycles can be dangerous. Xtreme Revolution has no control over the usage of any part. Xtreme Revolution expects their customers to exercise good judgement as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part. Xtreme Revolution assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of the misuse or improper application of any part in any way by any person. Xtreme Revolution shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever. All matters shall be interpreted under California law. All merchandise distributed by Xtreme Revolution is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship only. Final decision will be made in a just and prompt manner. Replacement will be limited to parts only and does not include labor claims of any type. If the manufacturer has a written warranty, it will be included with the item you purchased. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from design and manufacture and testing of its products and we accept no liability for such damages.We shall not be liable for consequential damages.

Duty Of Purchaser And User
It is the responsibility of the purchaser and the user of products manufactured andn sold by Xtreme Revolution Inc. to:

• Read the product instructions and labels and follow them. If you do not have a copy of the instructions request a copy from the manufacturer or visit the manufacturer's website.
• Inspect the product immediately after purchase and before and after each use.
• Determine if the product is suitable for its intended use and that it meets all applicable standards and regulations. The manufacture can provide assistance but cannot be expected to be knowledgeable of all worldwide standards and regulations.

How Credit Cards Transactions Work
When you place an order we will AUTHORIZE your credit card for the full amount of the order. Authorization tells us that the funds are available and tells your bank that you intend to spend a certain amount of money.

Authorization does not cause any money to leave your bank account -- we do not receive any money whatsoever -- all we get is an AUTHORIZATION CODE. However, because authorization tells your bank that you intend to spend a certain amount of money, the bank "locks" the funds and draws down your account balance. They do this so that you cannot just rack up a million authorizations and trick people into thinking the funds are available. If you look at your online bank statement, you may think that we have already charged you when in fact all we have done is obtain the authorization. If necessary you (and only you) can contact your bank and tell them to cancel the authorization and immediately release the funds from being "locked". If no further action is taken an authorization will automatically "expire" within 24-48 hours and the funds will be "unlocked".

The next step in the credit card transaction process is to CAPTURE funds. This actually causes funds to leave your account and that is the point at which we receive money. In order for us to capture funds, we must present the previously acquired authorization code. For a given authorization code, we can perform a capture transaction more than once but in total we cannot capture any more money than was previously agreed upon with the initial authorization.

Our policy is to capture funds on the same day that we ship the product. If we have to split the order into multiple shipments (backorder, etc), we only capture the funds for the actual parts that are in the box and leaving today.
