Shipping
Orders ship UPS ground or US Postal Service at Xtreme Revolution's discretion. Orders under 5 lbs. and less than $250.00 in value may be shipped Priority Mail (U.S. Postal Service). We must have a street address or "911" rural route address. UPS will not deliver to Post Office boxes, APO, or FPO Addresses.  APO and FPO addresses may incur additional charges.  NO FREE SHIPPING ON AIR ORDERS, CANADA OR PUERTO RICO.

*Free ground shipping does not apply to oversize packages (ie. exhaust systems) and items incurring additional handling charges (ie. tires).

Partial Shipments
Occasionally an order contains multiple items and some of the items are in stock and ready to ship while others are not immediately available. Our policy is to ship your partial order whenever the value of the shipment exceeds $250.00. If you would like to have your in stock partial order with value less than $250 shipped immediately, please select the "Ship In-Stock Items Now" option when specifying your shipping info.

Shipping Charges
No minimum order is required and no order is too small for us to fill and ship. Shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico (1st Class or 2nd Day Air only) are based on weight and size of merchandise, with a $10.00 minimum. All charges are continental USA only. Higher rates apply to other destinations including APO and FPO destinations.

Damaged Shipments
If the package you receive is damaged in shipping, do not refuse delivery. Contact Xtreme Revolution and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Delivery Process
Delivery is based on availability of parts. Please allow 7 to 10 working days (not including Saturday or Sunday) for delivery of orders within the U.S. You should receive an email notification each time we ship a package to you. If you do not receive a notification after your first shipment, please verify that your email address in your registration profile is correct by checking your Profile. Once you have verified that your email address is correct, check your existing email blocks to make sure that the emails you receive from XtremeRevolution.com, UPS.com, and FedEx.com are not being blocked or treated as SPAM mail.

International Orders and Shipping
At the present time orders are accepted for the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico only.
