I can't tell you what a pleasure it was dealing with your company...we ordered a kuryakyn trailer hitch for our H-D ultra classic...we needed it fast as we were going to Myrtle Beach bike week this weekend and spoke to Rick and he made sure it was sent to us three day ...we did get it in time as we are on our way...thank you Rick for your help we will be spreading your company name around to everyone  Ride safe Bill and Terry
