I just want to take the time to "thank you" for your help.
Xtreme Revolution and you as a Customer Service Rep, has restored my faith in the system.
I have ordered over $1K in Motorcycle parts in the past 6 weeks, and YOU have stepped up to the plate to answer my questions about Price, Availability, and Shipping.
When there was a potential catastrophee with shipping, you bellied up to the Bar and did "Damage Control"!
YOU are what Customer Service is all about!
Being in Customer Service myself for 7 years, I know what I'm talking about.
Please feel free to show this e-mail to your upper Management.
You should be commended (or at least taken out to Lunch) for your efforts!
