Just wanted to take a minute and express my appreciation for your staff, especially Melissa, for going WAY above and beyond to ensure everything I needed was taken care off.  She called my bank for me to work out all the problems from the order on the internet, and then called me back to ensure I knew that everything was being handled.

I will continue to shop with XTREME and you can bet I will tell all my buddies that your guys ROCK~!!!
